Returns & Exchanges

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an exchange or full refund for all items returned unused and in the same condition that they were received in within 30 days of receipt. Your item needs to have the original receipt included when returned. Notify us here if you would like to return or exchange your item(s). Then mail your item(s) to Run & Only Running Company, PO BOX 6452, Plymouth, MI 48170.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and immediately notify you of the status of your return or exchange. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit/debit card. The time in which you will receive the credit will depend on your card issuer's policy.

We are also happy to exchange for a different size. Once we receive the original purchase, we will mail the new item and send a notification email when the item has shipped.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item for both returns and exchanges. Original shipping costs are nonrefundable. We are not responsible for lost items. In cases of exchanges, the new size will be shipped at no additional cost.
